ABSTRACT
This paper presents a case study of a female patient with
multiple sclerosis (MS) who has successfully adapted to the
challenges of her condition through the use of advanced
assistive technologies. Focusing on the use of speech-
generating devices and predictive text software, this study
highlights the practical applications of these tools in supporting
her career as a lawyer and lecturer. The findings underline the
critical role of technology in maintaining professional roles and
the patient’s resilience in overcoming significant physical
disabilities.
