Registration



REGISTRATION FOR THE IS 2025 CONFERENCE

Registration is required for all participants who wish to present their contribution at the conference. It is recommended that the person who will give the presentation completes the registration, as the registration details are used for preparing the presenter’s badge. The registration fee can be paid by one of the authors or by your organization.

Please make sure to enter the ID of your contribution in the registration form — this is the ID for which the registration fee will be paid. You can find the contribution ID in the EasyChair profile of the conference where your paper was accepted.

Each accepted contribution must have one paid registration fee (regular: €200, student or retired: €100), regardless of the number of authors.

The payment deadline is September 26, 2025.

Please send the payment confirmation or purchase order to the e-mail address is@ijs.si no later than Monday, September 29, 2025.

We kindly ask you to first submit the papers for which you are listed as first author (Paper Submission). Deadline for registration is October 1.
