REGISTRATION FOR THE IS 2026 CONFERENCE

Registration is required for everyone wishing to present their paper at the conference. We recommend that the person who will present the paper also complete the registration, as registration includes the preparation of a presenter badge. Payment may be made by any of the paper’s authors or by your organization.
Please enter the ID of the paper for which the registration fee is being paid in the registration form. You can find the paper ID in the EasyChair profile of the conference at which your paper has been accepted.
Payment deadline: 1 October 2026

Overview of possible registration fee categories:
1. Full (regular) registration fee – €200:
Applies to all employed participants.
2. Student / Retiree registration fee – €100:
Applies to students (upon presentation of a valid proof of enrolment) and retirees.
3. Reduced registration fee (Cognitive Science / MEiCogSci) – €50:
Students attending the Cognitive Science Conference
(This rate is available only to students who are not employed. Employed students should select the regular “Student” rate).
For the purpose of obtaining approval for absence from your employer, we can prepare a “Confirmation of Paper Acceptance” for the respective conference.
