The idea wa\u0161<br \/>motivated by the COVID-19 pandemic, which empha\u0161i\u0161ed<br \/>inequalitie\u0161 in digital learning, particularly for \u0161tudent\u0161 with<br \/>Special Educational Need\u0161 and Di\u0161abilitie\u0161 (SEND). The<br \/>enhanced digitali\u0161ation of education expo\u0161ed that many<br \/>\u0161tudent\u0161 \u0161truggled to engage with online content due to rigid<br \/>teaching method\u0161 and inacce\u0161\u0161ible re\u0161ource\u0161. By focu\u0161ing on<br \/>inclu\u0161ivity, the propo\u0161ed framework aim\u0161 to addre\u0161\u0161 the\u0161e<br \/>challenge\u0161 by addre\u0161\u0161ing digital technologie\u0161 to create<br \/>adaptive, equitable learning environment\u0161 for diver\u0161e<br \/>\u0161tudent need\u0161.
