INSTRUCTIONS FOR PAPER SUBMISSION<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Each conference will have its own separate proceedings. In addition, a joint proceedings volume containing all papers from the IS conference will be published in electronic format (.pdf) and made available on our website. Proceedings from past conferences (2005\u20132024) are available on the website under the PROCEEDINGS<\/a><\/strong> section.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For each paper published in the IS2025 proceedings, a registration fee of 200.00 EUR must be paid (the fee for students and retirees is 100.00 EUR). Registration should be completed by the first author or by the author who will present the paper at the conference.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Papers may be written in either Slovene or English. Presentations at the conference may also be delivered in either language. The text should be linguistically appropriate and carefully proofread.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Papers must be prepared according to the provided template (Word\/LaTeX)<\/a>. When writing and submitting papers, please follow the Instructions for authors.<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

We kindly ask that you adhere to the template; if you encounter any issues using it, please let us know so we can address them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Please note that papers written in Slovene must also include an English title (below the Slovene title), an English abstract, and English keywords (below the Slovene abstract and keywords).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Submission deadlines for each conference are listed in the respective Call for Papers (CFP)<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
